Women’s Retreat

Enjoy a weekend of relaxation, spiritual renewal, fellowship with other women and of course, fun.

This annual retreat is held at a local retreat center with comfortable and easily accessible accommodations and deliciously prepared meals.  A guest facilitator leads us in a weekend of prayer, study, spiritual exploration and worship.  Although there are scheduled sessions throughout the weekend, there is ample time for rest, connecting with God and getting to know other women in our church.

Our 2012 retreat takes place at the beautiful Mercy Retreat Center in Auburn.  This setting provides a relaxing atmosphere of peace and quiet.  There are many outdoor areas for prayer, meditation, and spiritual reflection including garden paths and a labyrinth.  The retreat runs from dinner on Friday evening through lunch on Sunday, however a Saturday only program is available for those who aren’t able to commit to a whole weekend”
